Please be aware that I do not dispatch kits or orders on a daily basis, I will aim to dispatch every other day where possible. If you have ordered a print kit with special delivery and placed your order be for 12pm I will do my best to dispatch the same day, however this is not guaranteed. Thank you for understanding.
There is a small charge of cover the cost on smaller orders. Services start rom just £3 for the Tracked48 service. You may also upgrade to Tracked24 or Special Delivery if you prefer.
Wherever possible I try to send items in packaging that will fit through a letterbox and I do not request a signature on delivery. This means that you do not have to worry about being at home when your package is delivered, the postman will take a photograph of your order to confirm delivery. If you would prefer a signed for service, please do feel free to get in touch and this can be arrounged for you.
Turnaround times
Once we have received everything that we need to make your jewellery, your order will be queued and made on a 1st come first served basis. Turnaround time can vary depending on how many prints or inclusions we receive and it is impossible to predict how many people will return their prints or inclusions each week, some people return them straight away whilst others need a little longer.
As a rough guide, it is usually around 2 weeks for most of the year. During the busy Christmas period of October-December it can be up to 4 weeks.
Selected items may be available on a faster turnaround service.
If you are in a hurry you may choose one of the priority services at on the item page (select items only) which will guarantee that your order takes priority for fast shipping. If necessary I will work over my usual business hours to make sure priority orders are made on time. The charge for me to do this is per item, this is due to the fact that it will take me twice as long to make 2 items as it will to make one item. The priority service is paying for my time as is not related to how many items can be shipped together.
Priority services are only available on items that I have in stock and ready to be made up.
If available, faster turnaround options can be selected on the product page. The shipping options appear during checkout on the page after you have entered your address, before you make payment.
Unless a difference service is selected, the default service for finished jewellery will be the Royal Mail Tracked48 service, please allow a minimum 1-3 days for delivery (it may take longer). Be aware that this is a guide, there is no guaranteed delivery date with this service and we are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail.
If you would prefer your finished order to be shipped with Special Delivery (guaranteed next working day delivery) you can select to upgrade to this service at checkout.
General Information
I do reserve the right to withdraw the faster turnaround services during busy periods. Prices for faster turnaround can vary depending on current demand for these services, I stroungly advise ordering early during busy periods such as Christmas. Turnaround times are calculated from the date I receive the prints or inclusions in my studio, or if I already have your prints or inclusions it will be from the date I receive your order, whichever is later.
I am not currently accepting international orders via the website, if you are outside of the UK and would like to order, please email me to discuss.
Due to new regulations I am unfortunately not currently able to ship to EU countries including Northern Ireland.
