Please be aware that I do not dispatch kits or orders on a daily basis, I will aim to dispatch every other day where possible. If you have ordered a print kit with special delivery and placed your order be for 12pm I will do my best to dispatch the same day, however this is not guaranteed. Thank you for understanding.
Standard UK shipping is free on orders over £50. There is a small charge to cover the cost on smaller orders. Additional priority shopping options are also available at checkout.
Selected items may be available on priority services.
If you are in a hurry you may choose one of the priority services at on the item page (select items only) which will guarantee that your order takes priority for fast shipping. If necessary I will work over my usual business hours to make sure priority orders are made on time. The charge for me to do this is per item, this is due to the fact that it will take me twice as long to make 2 items as it will to make one item. The priority service is paying for my time as is not related to how many items can be shipped together.
Priority services are only available on items that I have in stock and ready to be made up.
The shipping options appear on the page after you have entered your address, before you make payment. Finished jewellery will be shipped with the Royal Mail Tracked48 service, please allow a minimum 1-3 days for delivery (it may take longer). Be aware that this is a guide, there is no guaranteed delivery date with this service and we are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail.
If you would prefer your finished order to be shipped with Special Delivery (guaranteed next working day delivery) you can select to upgrade to this service at checkout.
General Information
I do reserve the right to withdraw the priority services during busy periods. Shipping times are calculated from the date I receive the prints or inclusions in my studio, or if you have already sent me prints from the date I receive your order, whichever is later.
I am not currently accepting international orders via the website, if you are outside of the UK and would like to order, please email me to discuss.
