Christmas Deadlines.

Standard delivery - Ashes must be with me by 21st November 2025

10 Day turnaround - Ashes/prints must be with me by 9th December 2025

1 day Turnaround - Ashes/prints must be with me by 18th December 2025

Ashes collection kits are shipped with standard 2nd class post, please allow up to a week for delivery.   I highly recommend sending ashes in your own secure packaging to avoid having to wait for a kit. 

We will be closing for Christmas on 19th December and no further orders will be shipped after this date until we reopen after Christmas.

This charm is a beautiful way to remember my senior pup. Ordering was easy and Lasting Touch streamlined the process of sending ashes. It fits perfectly on my Pandora bracelet, and the resin finish is lovely. Highly recommended for both quality and excellent customer service.
